There it goes,round and round

Ventricular septal defect (VSD) is a defect in...Image via Wikipedia
During clinical round,we got a same case with a pretty same Doc to monitor us. It was a case of VSD ( Ventral Septal Defecct )." again?" as the Doctor said, instead of discussing bout the case he decides to ask us some Questions regarding cardiology . but i was not bored with VSD case yet. just not yet. but well, The Doc was the leader. he starts with the very 1st Question. What 's Innocent murmur? i did read bout it, innocent murmur is a physiological murmur occurs in infant which does not show any heart lession.but i'm not sure. it was just my vague memory. Yet, im not sure bout it.

There were several questions, actually a simple one. but we hardly can answer it. As a lecturer it must be a frustration situation when the students can't recall the lecture. i have to admit that i dont give much effort to read thoroughly and remember all the facts. :(  On the other hand, far more  traumatic  frustration is when we, as a students did read the lecture, but can't eventually give an answer to the questions.

We read but we did not record it on our precious memory box then we forgot bout it completely in no time. The contents gone nowhere but the tittle of what we read remains. That's a problem that i'm facing.perhaps others too. :P

whateverla kan. Here are the rest of the questions:

1.Describe auscultation in ASD, VSD, F4, PDA ,Aortic Stenosis and Pulmonary Stenosis.
2.Case : 4 months infant was admited having deep cyanosis and tachypnea. His respiratory rate is 68, with heart rate of 120, there's no murmurs, the chest is free. Have a history of mild cyanosis before. What is the diagnosis and how to manage?
3.Complications of F4 (Fallot Tetralogy)
4.What are the prophylaxis of Endocarditis.
5. 5 Major and 5 minor criteria of Rheumatic Fever
6.Criteria of Rheumatic Arthritis
7.What are the 4 murmurs that may be present in Acute Rheumatic fever.
8.Line of treatment for Acute Rheumatic Fever
9.Complications of RF
10.Complications of F4

The end of the round, i've decided to went back home because im afraid of collapse. It wasn't me of course,it's the earth moving on the wrong directions and as a sequale i feel everything seem moving around me.alhmdulillah the earth is normal now after 3 hours of soundly sleep.

or it just me, waking up,and starting off on the wrong feet/wrong side of bed?
