First time Fariez heard bout this thing was years back when i learn bout Heart disease.Type A personality is one of the risk factor of having hypertension and coronary heart disease.Even some research has proven that they are more likely to suffer heart attack.
what's Type A personality ? It's bout personality and behaviour of the person and has no relation with blood type. Whether u are blood type A, B,O or AB,u are liable to have the type A personality.
Type A personality is define as having a particular set of trait or characteristic that lead to a certain behaviour. My Doc said it can be called as a perfectionist person?
The good side in this individuals that they are kinda ambitious and are highly competitive. well, that's good! People with Type A personalities are often high- achieving, multi-tasking person, and workaholics somemore. They tend to push themselves with deadlines, and hate delays.
But on the other hand, they are impatient towards almost everything. They are more aggressive and get angry easily.They are controlling and very time-conscious.
Fariez thought that she's maybe having the trait because..
1. Fariez is superbly conscious bout time.It's not that Fariez never come late,but often Fariez cuba sedaya upaya to be on time. and i get very annoyed bila orang dtg lambat. And even, if i did late, Fariez rasa sgt sgt bersalah. Dekat Uni kan, Fariez selalu stress pasal ni, sebab kalau ada aktiviti like meeting ke ape, selalu janji kul 8,pastu sume pun dtg pukul 8:30 and even 9 !
2.I love to make my list of things to do. sgt suka! Dalam kelas kalau takde keja, Fariez suka list kan bende-bende nak buat, things that i need to buy.It helps so much in my time management. By obeying and accomplish the list, fariez would be very happy, tapi bila tak dapat siapkan, fariez become upset sgt, and feel very frustrated and down. Fariez tahu it's not good, and sekarang tgh belajar to forgive myself.
3.Aggressive and bad temper. I may look friendly, giggling around, and smiling all the time with my dearest one. tapi there always sometimes when i get aggressive and become out of control.no need example.
Itu je la kot reasons that may put me as a candidate of being Type A personality. Ada lagi la kan, tapi nah, it's not worth to be shared.
workaholic? Yes i'm but i was during my high school. but not anymore. Fariez get lazier by times! T__T ape ntah nak jadi.
So, tadi fariez did took a test, nak tahu whether or not i'm Type A person. Here is my score 64 out of 100 :)
Tak tahu la, test ni reliable ke tak.Tapi Fariez percaya aje. Yeah,i'm actually not that severe to be a Type A person, but rather a Type B person :)
The test consist of quit a number of quests. 80 something kalau tak silap.. it's somewhat time consuming, but it's nice one. Go a head and spend sometime answering the question and let me know your score! take the test!
